Jesse you have always been an inspiration! It took me 11 years to figure out you are not supposed to hate your job even if your heart is in the right place.
Isn't change wonderful! Keep up your dreams and mission!

Hi there!
I so love this and have been preaching this all my life. You came into this alone, and you will leave the world alone. Any lover or the person you marry is an addition to your life, but doesn't make your life complete. You complete your own life.

My grandmother use to say, a single rose is just as pretty by itself, as in a dozen. Thanks for sharing.

Well done, Jesse! I, too, as you know enjoy working out and staying healthy. I also am physically active to balance my love of sweets. I'm not ashamed of enjoying cupcakes. And while I don't love my cellulite (ugh! wish there were a cure), I know there's much more to me than what my thighs look like in bathing suit and no amount of exercise is going to make the cellulite disappear completely. It's the balance that works for me. I like seeing results from my workouts, but know that working out 7 days a week doesn't seem to reap any more rewards than 4-5 times per week. I know because I tried that last summer. And as for volunteering, it's a different kind of satisfaction from a workout, but one that is incredibly rewarding. We volunteer with The Rescue Train (animal rescue) and there's nothing simpler to put a smile on your face than when a dog gets placed into a loving home.

For the record, and for any straight men on here, most women are not that impressed with a six-pack, at least not in their mate. It generally suggests too much emphasis on the needless pursuit of perfection, which translates into other areas of life being neglected. It is all about balance, physically and mentally.
