Quick Fix: Greek Yogurt Salad Dressing.

This recipe is not only healthier than most creamy salad dressings, it’s also easier to make!

Greek Yogurt Salad Dressing:

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:

1 c. Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt

2 Tbsp. Non-Fat Milk

2 tbsp Lemon or Lime juice

1 shallot, minced or 2 green onions (minus the stem), minced

1/2 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp chili powder

sea salt + pepper, to taste

Instructions:
Place all the ingredients except the salt + pepper in a small mixing bowl and thoroughly blend with a fork or whisk.  Then, season w/ salt+pepper until desired flavor is achieved.
Tip: You can also toss everything in a blender and mix for one minute.
