#soulCHEF: Greek Yogurt Salad Dressing.

This Greek Yogurt Salad Dressing is my most popular recipe, no joke.  I would have never suspected that a healthy-alternative salad dressing would be the thing that inspired the masses, but hey – Life is always surprising me.  Try it out for yourself and let me know what you think.  This is also a great choice for a healthier veggie and chip dip.  Enjoy!

Cut calories by using non-fat substitutions with this recipe.  Did I mention it’s SUPER easy to make?

  5. Can this recipe be used like mayonnaise in potato salad or on sandwiches in place of mayonnaise or Miracle Whip (salad dressing.)?

    • YES! I ONLY use this now – I said goodbye to mayo for good! You’ll be surprised how well the yogurt absorbs the flavor of your seasoning. No one ever knows the difference! WooHoo!

  6. Made this dressing twice with high quality ingredients, but they’ve both ended up tasting awful. Maybe it’s my taste buds?

    • Sorry it didn’t work out! I always get a great response with this recipe and have always enjoyed it myself. Maybe you’d like it more by modifying some of the ingredients (spices) … maybe drop the lemon or lime juice?
